What is your scope of ownership?

Design and document integration flows and APIs for our clients

• Translate business needs into clean, maintainable integration flow designs (sequence diagrams, API component diagrams, business process diagrams)

• Design RESTful API’s using Open API or RAML.

• Gather all the information needed by developers to implement the integration flows.

• Document detailed mapping between systems data and the domain data model  

• Maximize reusable assets aligned with integration best practices

• Support QA, deployment, and hypercare phases

Contribute to internal tools and frameworks

• Contribute to improve the company’s integration design practice  

• Help perfecting our internal documentation templates

• propose innovative ways to accelerate our design and documentation processes

Learn and grow continuously

• Get trained and certified on iPaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and security

• Stay up to date with trends in integration, DevOps, and enterprise AI

• Share your insights, challenge assumptions, and actively shape how the team evolves and improves

Great, but what does it take?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Professional experience in business analysis, integration, or a similar functional role

• Familiarity with the concept of integration patterns, approaches, and technologies, encompassing both simple and enterprise-level integration scenarios.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand real-world integration challenges

• Clear communication skills and the ability to tailor your message to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Autonomous and perseverant mindset

• Fluency in English, plus working proficiency in either Dutch or French

What will make me stand out?

• Proven track record as Integration Analyst of similar role

• Have some technical background or strong interest in technology, software development and enterprise architecture.

• You build tools, scripts, or accelerators that helped you or others work smarter

• Exposure to enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms

• Awareness of security best practices — encryption, network protocols, token-based authentication, OWASP.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Frends, WSO2 or other iPaaS

• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, GCP in the context of API’s and integration

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI (MCP, A2A, NANDA)
